If Deist life and thought revolve around reason,
nature and experience, I would have to think that study is an integral
part of life for a practicing Deist. That, of course, is just my
opinion, but I find that most Deists I know have an almost
unquenchable thirst for knowledge. We know we cannot know everything,
but that does not mean that we can't try to learn all we can during
this lifetime.
So what to study? Reason and nature? Well, certainly, but the Deists
I know have a very broad range of tastes: science, philosophy,
psychology, spirituality, politics and social commentary. And that is
just a sampling.
Be sure to take a look at the Deist
Archives. I am trying to gather the Internet's largest
collection of free texts, books and essays of interest to Deists. Be
sure to suggest something!
This page is just a stub at this point. Expect it to grow a lot more
